Mobile apps in libraries: How academic libraries use mobile apps to connect with its users


With the growing demand for mobile access to library resources, many libraries are investing in mobile applications, which library users can use on a smart phone or other mobile device. I had a chance to interview Miss Paithip Potharin, a technical librarian from Burapa University Library, Thailand. She talks about her library experiences with mobile apps and explains how the academic library created a mobile library website to boost their services and resources usage.
